I’m a wife, mother of three, former Labor & Delivery nurse, and Birth Doula serving families in Charlotte, North Carolina. My own birth experiences—including a hospital birth, a home birth, and a hospital induction—have given me a deep appreciation for the fact that every birth journey is unique and beautiful in its own way.
During my years as an L&D nurse, I had the privilege of caring for countless mothers as they welcomed their babies into the world. While I loved bedside nursing, I found myself longing for a deeper connection with the families I served—one that extended beyond the hospital room and continued throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
As a doula, my passion is helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered in their choices. I believe every mother deserves to understand her options, feel confident in her decisions, and have an advocate by her side as she navigates this transformative season.
