I’m a wife, mother of five, former Labor & Delivery nurse, and doula with more than 15 years of experience caring for mothers and growing families. For seven of those years, I proudly served as a Labor & Delivery nurse in the United States Air Force, supporting families through some of life's most meaningful moments.
Throughout my nursing career—as a bedside nurse, educator, and now doula—I have had the privilege of walking alongside families through moments of joy, uncertainty, triumph, and even heartbreak. Those experiences have deepened my passion for providing compassionate, personalized care that extends beyond the clinical setting.
Even with my professional background, I remember the questions and uncertainties that come with motherhood. That's why I love serving as a trusted source of guidance, encouragement, and support for families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Becoming a doula has allowed me to focus on what I value most: building meaningful relationships, advocating for my clients, and helping them feel confident and empowered throughout their journey.
My goal is to help you create a birth and postpartum experience that reflects your values, preferences, and vision for your family. It would be an honor to walk alongside you during this extraordinary season of life.
